After a careful online search for exactly the right Toyota Avalon Hybrid (within 250 miles!), we decided to drive to Boone and see the 2019 advertised at Pat Clemons. Sales consultant Kyle promised a no-pressure experience and delivered exactly that. He listened well, answered questions directly, encouraged us to take our time, and treated us like neighbors. After two visits, we took their financing offer, purchased the car, and left feeling confident in the decision. The car is excellent, and we will long remember the friendly interaction with Kyle—and Tony for the paperwork, too.
